1. Above prices effective April 22, 2013. Real estate firms and/or agents must be members of NNEREN.
2. Website hosting with VermontIDX is required for Premium services and Custom development/functionality. Above prices include website hosting.
3. Specialized Modules and Custom layout/placement are available with Premium or Custom Services at no additional service charge. Custom development and/or premium setup fees are additional. Modules/functionality can be placed anywhere in your site.
4. Initial payment to include setup plus first and second quarters of service, prorated. For example, if you begin service in August, you will pay through December in advance.
5. Non-MLS listings and rentals must be displayed separately from IDX data.
6. Town centers will be mapped in Google maps when street addresses are not provided in MLS data.

MadRiverWeb.com dba VermontIDX.com was the first firm to offer the VREIN IDX service in 2002 and was the first firm in Vermont to offer integrated VREIN and NNEREN listings.
